Veteran Yoruba actor, Dele Odule, is celebrating his birthday today as he turns a year older.
The award-winning thespian who just turned 61 acknowledged God who he described as father, for “making him a symbol of relevance.”
Taking to his Instagram page, the actor posted a photo of himself and thanking God, he wrote: “+1 🎉🎉. My father, my father, today marks another year since you sent me to this world through Abel and Anike Odule. You’ve been a wonderful father for where I am today. I never knew it could be me.
“Thank you lord for making me a symbol of relevance. I know you will grant me more years of fruitful existence and I also know you will take me when it pleases you.”
Dele has featured in several movies including “Kori Koto,” for which he was nominated in the “Best Supporting Actor (Yoruba)” category at the 2014 Best of Nollywood Awards.
