Nollywood actress Jemima Osunde has voiced her concerns over the increasing pressure on actors to take on the role of content creators, especially when it comes to promoting movies.
In a recent podcast appearance, Osunde shared her frustration with the industry’s growing expectations for actors to actively push films on their personal social media platforms.
“It’s like they’re forcing every actor to become a content creator,” Osunde stated.
“Now, actors are being expected to promote movies on their own platforms, and I don’t think that should be part of their responsibilities.”
