The popular Nigerian music star, David Adeleke, aka Davido, has revealed that his ongoing building project is at the popular Eko Atlantic City in Lagos.
Omo Baba Olowo crooner who disclosed this while featuring on the latest episode of the Drink Champs podcast co-hosted by N.O.R.E and DJEFN stated that he is currently building a mansion for himself and his wife, Chef Chioma, at the city
According to him, investing in the real estate business is the best choice someone can ever make.
However, the one billion dollar crooner revealed that if the opportunity present itself to choose any profession aside from music, he would prefer real estate, noting that it is very lucrative and guarantees return on investment.
“Real estate right now, I will say in Lagos. People have been building some new dope infrastructures. Yeah, a very good investment, I’m telling you.
“You can buy a place for like $1.5 million…But you sell it for like $4 million. I will tell you, it is a very good investment.
“My new house I’m building now, for me and my wife, is by the beach; it’s at Eko Atlantic .
“It’s quite dope. A lot of good buildings. Amazing,” Davido said.
