Southampton manager, Ivan Juric, has revealed that forward Paul Onuachu could potentially miss his team’s upcoming match against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
Onuachu sustained an injury during Southampton’s 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace on Wednesday, where he netted the team’s only goal.
The Nigerian striker was substituted in the 89th minute for Yukinari Sugawara.
“Paul has a problem with his ankle. Today he didn’t train, but we will see tomorrow,” Juric stated at a press briefing.
So far this season, Onuachu has scored four goals in 20 Premier League appearances for Southampton.
