Since undergoing knee surgery in a London hospital in May, Nigerian rapper Folarin Falana, also known by his stage name Falz, has shared his recovery journey.
The “Bop Daddy” singer disclosed he injured his anterior cruciate ligament while playing football and was advised by his doctor to undertake surgery to repair the damage.
Falz posted a video of himself performing an exercise on his Instagram account on Wednesday, informing his followers that regaining his fitness had been extremely challenging.
He captioned his video, “I’ve had it pretty tough these last couple of months. Pain. A lot of it. But I have also refused to stop pushing through the pain! I’m ready and grateful for the love you all have showered me with. I truly am.
“It kept me going for real.
I’ve been very emotional in my quiet time.
Decided to take the hurt & concert it to GBEDU.
