The Minister of State for Steel Development, Maigari Ahmadu, announced the Federal Government’s commitment to revitalizing the nation’s steel sector.
During his visit to Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo in Awka, Ahmadu emphasized the state’s significance as a hub for industrial development in the country.
Furthermore, he conducted an inspection of the facilities at the Metallurgical Training Institute in Onitsha, expressing optimism about fostering collaboration between the federal and state governments to promote skills acquisition and combat poverty.
He said, “The present administration is passionate about the steel sector. The MTI, Onitsha would get serious attention under the leadership of President Bola Tinubu while thinking outside the box within their limited resources.”
