A petrol laden tanker went up in flames while delivering products to a Conoil filling station at Garki Area 10 of Abuja.
The PUNCH reported that according to eyewitnesses, the fire started while the tanker was trying to offload its contents sometime around 3:35 pm on Saturday.
As at the time of filing this report, no lives have so far been reported lost, only a couple of cars had been affected by the flames.
Traffic to the area had been blocked by officers of the Nigerian Police and the Federal Road Safety Corps, while men of the Federal and Army Fire Service have been spotted battling to quench the raging flames.
