At the 79th minute Dembele was substituted for Kolo Muani, who immediately converted at the back post from a six yard distance, giving France a sealing goal.
This goal, gives Kolo Muani his first international goal with his first touch in the game and it surely sent France back to the World Cup final.
France, who have qualified for their second successive final match in a World Cup game, will be playing against Argentina on Sunday.
If the Les Bleus win the final, they would be breaking another record of having a successive win, having won the last World Cup in Russia 2018.
Morocco would have to play Croatia for third place on Saturday before the D-Day.
