England head coach, Gareth Southgate, has revealed that captain Harry Kane will miss their clash against Belgium.
Southgate disclosed this on Saturday after the 1-0 defeat to Brazil, stating that the striker will fly back to Germany to receive treatment on his ankle.
Kane, who arrived in the Three Lions’ camp with the injury, was left out of the matchday squad against the Selecao.
Southgate pointed out that he will not be available for their second friendly against Belgium next week.
“Harry Kane will return to Germany for treatment on ankle injury.
“He won’t be ready to play against Belgium on Tuesday, the England coach said.
