The Katsina State Government has initiated a Manpower Audit and Verification exercise.
The chairman of the committee overseeing the exercise, Alhaji Rabi’u Abdu Ruma, announced that 15 ministries, departments, and agencies have been selected for the initial phase of the exercise.
According to The PUNCH, this exercise began on Monday at the state secretariat complex and it is expected to last two weeks.
The exercise, according to the committee’s spokesperson Hassan Tukur, was in accordance with Governor Dikko Radda’s desire to create a trustworthy database for the state employees and promote efficiency in the public service.
