Inter Miami and Argentina captain, Lionel Messi has identified four things he really likes to do after retirement.
The former FC Barcelona captain disclosed in a recent interview with Olga Live when asked what he would do when he retires from playing professional football.
Messi declared that he likes everything related to football, being with kids, teaching and being a sporting director.
The 36-year-old said, “I have not thought about it and I don’t want to think about it either. I want to continue enjoying what I do. I took an important step leaving Europe behind.
“I don’t want to think about the next step, I want to enjoy what I like most, which is playing. It’s a job that I love, I am lucky. I have responsibilities.
“I don’t know what I will do, I like everything related to football, I like being with kids, teaching, and also being a sporting director, but I don’t know where I am going to go.”
Messi’s current contract with Inter Miami will expire on 31 December, 2025.
The former Barcelona striker will then be 38 years old.
