Manchester United has completed the a loan move for Dutch international, Wout Weghorst.
This was disclosed by Italian sport journalist, Fabrizio Romano, through his official Twitter account on Friday afternoon.
“Wout Weghorst has signed his contract as new Manchester United player just few minutes ago. Club statement to follow. 🚨🔴 #MUFC” he tweeted.
The 30-year-old forward, previously on loan at the Turkish club, has decided to move to Old Trafford till the end of the season.
Sky Sports News cites sources in Turkey as saying that Weghorst terminated his loan arrangement with Besiktas on Thursday morning.
The player’s salaries and the loan fee will both be covered by Manchester United. The entire value of the bundle is estimated to be around £4 million.
