The Nigerian Navy has restated its commitment to improving the welfare of its personnel and providing necessary task to boost their successful execution.
The Chief of the Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Emanuel Ogala, disclosed this in his goodwill message to troops at the frontline via X, formerly Twitter handle on Monday.
Igala acknowledged the immerse sacrifice and dedication of the officers at frontline in carrying out their assignments while commending their beloved families for their patience, perseverance and unwavering support.
The Naval boss assured the personnel of an improvement of their well-being and provision of necessary materials and logistics for the successful execution of their assignments.
Ogala said, “On behalf officer and civilian staff of the Nigeria Navy, I acknowledged your immerse sacrifice, dedication, steadfastness and loyalty in defense of our nation.
“I great your beloved families for their patience, perseverance and unwavering support to you.
“Your service to our country is paramount to our general well-being and security of Nigeria and indeed to the entire citizens. Let me assure you that Nigeria Navy is committed to your welfares and the continuous provision of necessary materials and logistics for the successful execution of your assigned task.
“Know that the nation is strongly behind you and above all Almighty God is your helper. Once again, I wish merry Christmas and prosperous year ahead.”
