The Super Eagles of Nigeria has qualified for the 2023 African Cup of Nations.
The Nigerian team defeated its Sierra Leonen counterpart 2-1 to qualify for the tournament with a game to spare.
Napoli forward, Victor Osimhen gave Nigeria the lead in the 19th minutes, before doubling the scoreline in the 32nd minutes.
The Home team came back to the gave after Bundu scored in the 41st minutes, a second goal by Karcbo in the 84th minutes brought the game to parity.
However Leicester forward, Kelechi Iheanacho came to the rescue to give the Super Eagles the much needed win.
At least ten countries, including hosts Cote D’Ivoire, have already secured their places at next year’s tournament.
