Kwara State High Court, presided over by Justice Haleemah Salman, has convicted five individuals involved in the infamous Offa robbery.
The court found them guilty of multiple charges, including illegal possession of firearms, armed robbery, and culpable homicide.
In her ruling, Justice Salman emphasized that the crimes, committed during the violent Offa robbery incident, are punishable by death under Nigerian law.
The convicts now face the death penalty for their involvement in one of the most notorious robbery cases in recent times.
