The Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board has announced the results of its computer-based tests for the recruitment of primary school teachers in the state.
According to The PUNCH, the Executive Chairman of the Board, Nureni Adeniran, shared this information in a release provided to newsmen on Wednesday in Ibadan.
In the statement, Adeniran indicated that the Board had established a 50% cut-off mark for candidates to qualify for the next stage of the recruitment process.
The cut-off mark, as stated by him, would set the tone for the recruitment process.
He also advised all candidates to log into their portal to access their results, which have already been posted.
52,423 applicants are competing for 7,000 primary school teaching positions in the state.
Adeniran reaffirmed the Board’s commitment to improving educational infrastructure and services in the state.
