Former Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, and his daughter, Fatima, have arrived at the Federal High Court in Abuja to face charges of alleged N2.7 billion fraud related to the failed Nigerian Air project.
According to The PUNCH, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has filed six counts against the former minister, his daughter, and two others.
According to the EFCC, Sirika is accused of conferring undue advantage on certain entities between April 2022 and March 2023 in Abuja.
