The Ag. Inspector-General of Police, Olukayode Adeolu Egbetokun, PhD, NPM, has approved the posting of adept CP Abiodun Alamutu, psc, as the New Commissioner of Police in Ogun State.
The Public Relations Officer of the Ogun State Police Command, SP Omolola Odutola, anipr, psc, made this disclosure on Saturday in a press release.
According to the release, “CP Abiodun Alamutu was enlisted into the Nigeria Police Force on the 18th of May 1992 as Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police Academy Kaduna between 1992 to 1994. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the prestigious Lagos State University. The CP has attended several developmental courses as stipulated by the Nigeria police force and they includes:
1. Unit Commanders Course Gwoza, Maiduguri 1996.
2. Deputy Commanders Seminars Gwoza, Maiduguri 1998.
3. Commanders seminar Gwoza, Maiduguri in 2003.
4. Intermediate Command Course Jos 2006.
