He remarked, “This administration’s commitment to ensuring that Lagos State remains a leader in real estate development through comprehensive policies and investments in infrastructure.”

He highlighted how these measures have bolstered investor confidence and minimized property disputes, thereby making Lagos an increasingly attractive destination for real estate investments.
Moreover, the Governor pointed to the significance of infrastructure projects, including road expansions and transportation network developments, in unlocking the potential of strategic areas within the state.
He placed special emphasis on sustainability efforts, particularly in coastal regions like Eko Atlantic City.
He stressed the necessity of green building practices and flood defenses as part of Lagos’ long-term strategy to mitigate environmental challenges and climate risks.
In her welcome address, Managing Partner of Thinkmint Nigeria, Imeida Olaoye, commended industry stakeholders for embracing the theme, ‘Navigating Change in Real Estate for a New Era’.
