The Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government Area in Lagos State, Hon. (Barr.) Moyosore Ogunlewe, has commenced the distribution of palliatives to residents of the LGA.
Barrister Ogunlewe, in fulfillment of his promise to cushion the effects of the hardship experienced by residents of his community due to fuel subsidy removal, launched the Food Bank Initiative at the Local Government Secretariat on Tuesday, August 8.
Some of the items Kosofe residents benefited from the initiative include rice, beans, and garri, among others and Items were shared with vulnerable women, men, and youths.
