Seven-time Ballon d’Or winner, Lionel Messi, has set another record after scoring the opener for Argentina at the 2022 World Cup, Qatar.
The Argentina striker, after scoring the penalty at the 10th minute, became the fifth player in football history to score in four separate World Cup competitions.
In what appears to be the the number 10’s last world cup, after only 10 minutes, the 35-year-old, made a statement about his presence in Qatar.
Other players who have achieved the same feet include: Cristiano Ronaldo, Pele, Miroslav Klose, Uwe Seeler.
