In a tweet on Friday, she shared, “Was thinking this evening… Jesus really disrupted my DJ career plans o 😅✨💭 But in the BEST way. ‘Booked and busy’ means nothing if you’re not walking in purpose”
This reflection comes months after DJ Cuppy publicly dedicated her life to Christ through baptism at the Holy Trinity Brompton church in London in August 2024.
Sharing photos from the ceremony on Instagram, she described the experience as transformative, stating, “This summer, I made THE best decision of my life— to fully dedicate my life to God. Baptism isn’t just a ceremony; it’s a transformation. I am a new creation, reborn in His grace”
At 31, DJ Cuppy emphasized that while she continues her career in music, her perspective has shifted significantly.
She noted, “Of course, I am still DJ Cuppy, but now, every beat, every moment, has a deeper meaning. I see life in a new, brighter light. I finally understand what it really means to live a purpose-driven life”
